Why use document templates?
They are easy to copy, paste and customize to your team's needs and organization's standards. By providing documents, anyone can put them into whatever collaboration software is available to them and immediately start sharing
What if you update the documents?
You'll get an email with the latest and greatest.
Why not use Github or some other software for some of this planning stuff?
Software tools are great- highly featured, specialized and sometimes just too complex or wrong for the audience. Documents are simple, shareable and you can maintain them or deprecate them easily.
You can always link to a document from an issue tracking tool.
What are the Trainings?
Trainings are for you to provide your team. They come with speakers notes, activities and suggested audience engagement. All based on my experiences delivering these trainings to my teams
